Unparalleled customization by people worthy of your trust. Thanks to my insurance this whole transaction was a bad scene. While I was distracted with that Earl apparently working with my brother did everything in his power to make it slightly more tolerable. Doing work that he didn't need to do or charge for an even offering a slight discount. Also as someone who's worried more about the functionality of the vehicle and not the cosmetics. My new front end gives me pause in a situation where I I have yet to reconcile the insurance matter. Once things calm down I reckon it won't be that long before I want the rest of the car to look that pretty. And I know where I'm taking it.

If you every need a repair or even a whole new paint job CIK is the place to go to in Savannah and Hinesville. CIK always treats their customers with respect and always sticks to his word.

When I came to CIK for body repairs, I can with abnormally high expectations. I have been called "a body shops worst nightmare" due to my attention to detail and expectation of perfection. Not only was Earl not worried about my expectations, he fully welcomed the challenge. During the repair process, Earl kept in constant contact with me, ensuring I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. There were a few things that stood out from every other shop I have seen. For one, they bag your seats and steering wheel. Your car stays indoors the entire time it's at their shop, and while it's indoors, your car is wrapped up in a large plastic bag to protect it from airborne debris/paint/shop dust. Your windows are left shut, and interior isolated from the outside air. Why is this important? Unlike any other body shop, your interior is never exposed to or covered in shop dust! Most body shops leave your windows down, and vacuum your interior out when done - this does not eliminate that body shop smell left in your vehicle. Earl's process prevents this completely. Earl was able to match my pearl paint to near perfection. He also took the time to polish and de-nib every panel that was touched with paint - a process most shops skip. At delivery, I was pleased to see he was able to meet my abnormally high expectations. I will do business with Earl and CIK again.
